>>8521811A slightly upgraded version of the original Digital Monster pets, which are a brand of Tamagotchi. If you're familiar with the original, here are the differences with the 20th I can think of:
-The original versions 1 through 5 are all contained on the same device, with Ultimate-level Digimon added to their evolution lines.
-Special unlockable eggs. Whenever your Digimon dies, you can choose the new egg it is reborn as.
-You can raise two Digimon at once instead of just one.
-A 'colosseum' mode where you can battle CPU enemies is added. There is both single and tag battles, and each one has 100 levels.
-A book that records all the Digimon types you raised was added.
-A 'copy' function where you can import a Digimon from another device to fight alongside your Digimon in tag battles. If they are two compatible Digimon, they can permanently jogress (War Greymon + Metal Garurumon = Omegamon, etc).
-Digimon evolve MUCH faster.
It's still a really barebones toy, but if you find simplicity charming it's a cute thing to have around.
