>>8510580TLJ is a ridiculously bad movie that regularly contradicts itself and its supposed themes at nearly every opportunity. To claim it was the best of the trilogy you'd have to have been too distracted by the thematic ideals and the "subversion" to actually stop and think about just how nonsensical the plot actually is. TFA was bland, generic, and downright retarded at points but at least it told a simple cohesive narrative. (Even if JJ didn't actually have the following narrative planned out yet) I haven't seen 9 so I can't say, but I assume it was probably on the same level as TFA but with more pointless macguffins.
