Mythica 4 The Iron Crown has the most action and comedy since they wanted to lighten things up for one time before the last, darkest movie, so they basically made Mad Max Fury Road in the Forgotten Realms as the heroes run around in a wagon and fight three different factions that all pursue them and fight each other along the way. However, you might be bothered as characters jump in and out of the action during the first part of the movie with zero buildup since you're supposed to know and care about them already. It also has the worst villain in the series. All in all it might be your best bet if you want to watch one.
Mythica 1 A Quest of Heroes is my favorite one with the building of the group and them becoming adventurers but I suppose you have watched it already and didn't quite like it? Mythica 2 The Darkspore and Mythica 3 The Necromancer focus on the main character's necro powers, and Mythica 5 The Godslayer is one long ending in itself so it probably doesn't make much sense to watch it as a standalone.
So, I don't know, I'd recommend watching them in order. Much like in a buddy cop movie the plots are just excuses to have the characters banter, clash, help each other and grow, and I fear that a lot of that is lost if you just jump in even if the story itself is very easy to follow. I've seen some people claim that each movie is better than the previous, but I think it has a lot to do with the fact that you increasingly care about the characters, so then again not watching them in order defeats that.
