>>8533714I feel ya bro, I used to be way into Vidya around 13 - 20 but now i barely play. Don't worry though, childhood things aren't always meant to carry on into adult life, there's always space to evolve and grow and have the good memories of when you used to game without souring them with the idea that you can't do it anymore.
Since i've stopped gaming i've become a professional designer/illustrator, I read more (Both comics and novels), I watch things i would never watch and spend more time on movies, I cook and clean my apartment, go to concerts and collect toys whenever one pops up I like the look of.
On the gaming end I have an xbox 360, PS1 and Snes, which i can sometimes go months without touching but i find it's nice to have when something catches your eye. Recently spent a few days locked into the Metro series on Xbox which i absolutely loved, but now feel fine with putting my gaming to rest for a bit longer. Keep an eye out for older series and games you skipped which you can pick up for a few dollars, there's a lot of good stuff out there.
There's nothing inherently wrong with growing up and becoming a normie, just make sure you're always looking for things to enjoy and not ruining your good memories by lamenting their existence.
Stay strong bros, we'll all make it in the end.
