If the former, it's fairly easy. They both use an identical ball joint situated in the same spot at the back of the head. Basically just left the head so he's looking up at a 90 degree angle and then pull upwards. Be careful about it though because it does result in some stress marks due to the cheap waxy plastic.

Head: whichever you want
Chest+neck and backpack assembly: ER
Backpack: Siege
Turret+shoulder assembly: ER
Arms: Siege
Crotch: ER
Legs: Siege
Cannon: Whichever
Tank cannon: theoretically, either should work but if you want the ER one for some reason, it will probably mean the blade will need to be cut off.
