>>8547419Mostly full-time. I think we had a few sculptors on Power Rangers that were freelance in the beginning since the team wasn't formed yet. Mainly though, we have in-house designers.
For non-action figure Rangers stuff, it's going to be big for Dino Fury. Role-play items are key. Also, John Warden's a big fan of the Zords, and he has a lot planned there.
Also, side story for Dino Fury, I wish we stuck with the name Dino Knights as I was the one that came up with it.
>>8547424Sorry, I have no insight there.
>>8547427Not sure what you're asking in the first question. I don't know which molds we lost either. That's with the production/manufacturing team.
>>8547425>>8547430Everything Hasbro universe is dead now. You should have seen the awesome concept work for toys that the teams came up for Inhumanoids, MASK, and Micronauts though. Aside from possibly Micronauts (don't hold your breath), I don't think any of it will see the light of day.
There are a lot of other things that go into toy costing also, not just oil. New/increased tariffs, overhead, labor, etc. It all contributes to rising costs to manufacture.
>>8547432The Blackwatch version of Reaper was from Blizzard. It may have been due to the Figma, can't say for sure. Also, a side Overwatch story, we had a
D.Va with Mech planned. Prototype built and presented to upper-management. It was beautiful, and sad that it'll never see the light of day.
>>8547447That conversation's more with eOne, but I heard musings. As far as I know though, Toei needs to be involved in some way due to the contract.
Ghostbusters is still alive, and waiting for the movie. Sony has a new animated series planned beyond the movie.
>>8547452I forget who it was, but went to one factory last year on the outskirts of Shenzhen that was just super humid. There weren't too many employees, but there was almost no air circulation. We got out of there fast.
