Also I'd like to see them transform into regular robots, more like modern Diaclone ones with working cockpits, instead of slightly robot-y versions of the traditional pilot of said vehicle.

Hasbro and Takara share joint ownership of Transformers (with Hasbro currently basically bankrolling the whole venture,) and Hasbro also owns Power Rangers outright.

A Transformers x Power Rangers joint is much more likely than a Transformers x MOTU (Mattel) joint.
