>>8552338>>8552369The revo mini Snake is a lot of fun but I have some major issues with it.
First the body is really weird and it's difficult to get him into any pose that isn't completely over the top. I know that revos always look better in action poses but for some reason the revo mini seemed to take this mentality farther than usual.
Second I didn't like the head, not only is the face sculpt even more ugly than the figma's, the face keeps coming out whenever I tried doing anything with it.
Third I didn't like the way he holds his guns. His rifle doesn't fit into his normal trigger hand and the only way to get him to hold it is to kind of fenagle it into his open hands and hoping it doesn't fall out. Even when you do manage to get him to hold it he always looks awkward and uncomfortable when shouldering it, like it's too big for him (which it is).
Fourth is his scale. He's too big to be 1/18 and too small to be 1/12 so you can't really pair him with anything except other revominis, of which there are only a handful.
As for his outfit... Well, I'm one of those wierdos who prefers his MGS 2 outfit, so maybe it's just me.
He's a fun desk toy, but he has too many issues that I can't get over. I still prefer the figma. I don't regret getting him though. His USP Mk. 23 is 1/12 scale despite the rest of the figure being smaller scale, so I gave his Mk. 23 to my figma Snake. I guess OP may as well get both lmao.
As for those Naked Snakes, they're all 1/6 scale figures. Not only are they far out of my price range, they're out of scale with everything else I own. Plus the only other Snake to get a 1/6 scale figure is that unofficial 1/6 Venom made by Lim. The only way to have all the Snakes in the same approximate scale is in 1/12.
I understand your view point but I still stand my my reccomendations.
