Since theirs a dry spell of good mad max toys, i like putting this little guy into different vehicles. I really like the combo between my man kaos and this cool very post apocalyptic looking buggy

The Lego Movie 2 had some good post-apocalyptic sets. Also Dragon Hunters from Ninjago.

I wish I could find my old one, The grey tractor one. I remember pinching my fingers in it all the fucking time. Still have the driver, though.

If you don't mind getting your hands a bit dirty building models, Hexa Gear might be your jam. The setting is a post apocalpytic future where there's giant robots, little army dudes, a bunch of vehicles, all sorts of robot animals, it's a really fun line.
