>>8563041The Tick reboots were all handled by the same guy as the original show and comic. Each one is fine in their own way and were just trying to be topical to whatever superhero stuff was popular at the time. I can see how the live action shows aren't as fun as the cartoon though.
Fun fact, you know Tick creator Ben Englund worked on venture Bros too? He's the only guy besides Doc and Jackson to have episode writing credits; he wrote the Scooby doo gang parody episode. In some ways VB does feel like a spiritual successor to the animated Tick show.
