They're not offering that to other retailers because the figures are almost certainly boxed and sold separately.
(And yes, ShowZ sells for low mainland China prices and if you preorder before the final price is revealed, you'll get the lowest initial price. I ordered Nicee before her price was known and got her for $70 something instead of $120ish.)
