See, "Figuarts-tier" is such a vague term it can mean almost anything, it basically means whatever the hell you want it to mean just so you can conveniently shoot down anything Europe can bring to the table. "Oh, but it's not made by a huge faceless corporation", "but the quality of plastic is not the same as Figuarts", "but Bandai's joint designs are different", and so on. If you're going to be like that then you can practically argue that no toy is ever like Figuarts, let alone anything from Europe.
