I heard this name a few times, and it looks like they make vinyl toys of popular(?) internet personas, and now memes.
I found this online. It looks like the one in the OP is a special repaint of the normal Uganada Knuckles meme toy they made.

Seems like they just take what they want and hope they don't get slapped on the wrist. Their Pepe figure was also taken down because Matt Furie requested it. Which means they didn't ask him before making it.
