Couple months back I made a inquiry on thier forums if anyone else was going through the same bullshit, and the owner of the company came in and told me he'd look into it. Afew days later, he tells me that they actually did get a shipment but apparently my copy was ""lost"" in the warehouse and that he'd look for it. Week later I have to poke him again because he never gets back to me.

Finally get some flimsy excuse about "it's not here yet, international shipping has slowed down".
So mid November I emailed him again telling him that I expect either a shipment or a refund by the end of November. Of course he still hasn't replied, but I fully expect nothing and am preparing to go nuclear at the beginning of December in order to get my money back.
So yeah, as far as my sole purchase with that company is concerned, they are scammers and the owner can't be bothered to communicate with a customer that has given him $200+ and never got anything in return for it.
