Are there any toys that can swallow, absorb or consume other toys inside of them? Like pic related, but bigger? A mouth or orifice that can suck up human-shape figures (either 1/18 or 1/12)

Mattel's Mosasaurus and giant Rex and Indominus come to mind. Also McFarlane's Fren-Z has quite a bit of room in its mouth to fit various figures.

The Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus Rex is great!
I was never able to get the Lost World gulper Bull T-Rex. I'm still amazed at the fact that 20 years later for only $10 more you could get a T-rex that's even bigger than it, with the same function that looks more on model.

One marvel guy painted his to be Devil Dinosaur.

Your options get more limited. Look at OP, the gross little monster worm guy can nibble on the other Kaiju's tail. Not many are going to make random monsters that can fit entire figures into.

I remember back when I was a kid my cousin had some monster thing that could swallow stuff, and it's stomach had a slit in it to get the thing out. If I'm not mistaken, it was a Men in Black toy and was a dinosaur or reptile like monster, but I could be remembering wrong.
