And i understand people who want to rip shit and then sell it.
I do mind when people only pirate, especially stuff that they enjoy.
Personally, it's not for me. I like to plug and play and that's it. If im going to rip, i might as well pirate, but my ISP limits how much i can DL and just fucking updating games takes a huge amount of data, which does affect the streaming services I already use.
When i was younger, i used to do all that shit, but it takes a lot of effort and now i have two old computers full of shit that i used to watch doing nothing. IT's easier to take out a disc from a case than transfer all that data to something that isn't slow as shit or actually works.
maybe someday I'll get my mid-00s music collection back, because at least that'll be worthwhile to reconnect with again. Like getting back together with an ex-lover. Comfy as fuck, sometimes surprisingly comfy, because you tend to forget how great it was.
i remember all the movies, shows, and games though, because i still owned them (put away in storage) or sought out to buy.
