>>8601670it's Laser Ray from the Skelograms by Tyco. the toyline gimmick was being translucent and packed with one of those "future/cyber grid" backgrounds you'd see in other sci-fi cartoons and movies. one pitch is that you put it under a light and it "powers up", but it was really just cosmetic. others changed colors in water, and you could pour like, motor oil, or grapefruit juice, or whatever kinda junk you wanna put in there and see through it
