>>8646244Miles and Gwen are surprisingly cool, although their figures are probably the worst of the wave. Gwen’s tongue is pretty long, I’ve considered cutting it, but it’s not that bad. Miles is skippable since it’s a figure based on promo art for the most recent Spider-Man cartoon.
Phage is awesome for a Bucky Cap reuse. The blade arm is fun, they give him actual normal sized feet, and his claw hands are neat. A little lacking on paint but otherwise solid.
Morbius is really cool, but I admittedly wanted his 90’s look more than his classic one. The perma-action hair isn’t amazing but his head sculpt is otherwise decent. Cape is neat for what it is, although it’s pretty flat. Hands are awesome claws, and the rest of the figure is solid if a little plain. He’s actually a dark purple instead of black, which I liked a lot.
Carnage is awesome. He doesn’t really work as a classic carnage but other than that, the new sculpt has all the articulation you could want and is really detailed. Wish he came with a weapon or something but otherwise great.
Movie venom isn’t needed for the BAF but he’s solid. The new buck is great, the head and hands are fun to swap, and he’s huge. Great figure despite me not having seen the movie or anything.
Venompool wasn’t worth keeping to me, although I’m in the minority. He has a ton of detail, he’s very top heavy which is nice, and the only major complaint you could have is the swords being kinda plain. My issue was really how hard the plastic is, making him tough to articulate, and him being a little too bulky for me. But he’s a decent figure.
Wave as a whole is pretty solid, but I can only completely recommend Venom and Carnage. The rest are dependent on your liking.
