>>8718401And the good guys sets.
Clearly the stronger part, at least in my opinion, because both vehicles are great.
This time the VTOL aircraft can actually use its engines in both directions, and while it is smaller than the bigger one i posted above, i like it more. Its less fragile as well.
It also has no landing gear, and no printed parts.
The mech is cool, the arm with the gun looks great and it comes with a trans-blue brick with studs in all directions (no idea how its called). I like this alot.
It stands very stable in a default pose, which is always nice.
It also has a hose that did not break apart before or during the build.
Also no printed parts here.
The small bike came with the big bad boys bike, and i did not apply any of the stickers to it yet.
The guy with the silver hair rides on some kind of very simple hover board which looks nice. The other soldiers are the standard ones with two different face options.
Only the Vtol pilot and the guy on the hover board are unique
Overall i think this was excellent value for those 16€ i paid. Even better than the bigger sets due to the large number of minifigures. (12!)
It came with 3 sprues of rifles and one sprue for a tripod-gatling machine gun.
After giving everyone a pistol or rifle i have still 9 rifles and 2 knifes as spare pieces.
I like the theme, the vehicles are mostly very good, both faction look cool while each has a very distinct style.
Its a classic good vs evil setting that gives great play value by default and i somehow think this is something Lego should also do again outside of their license themes.
The reason for buying that much stuff of this series was the fact that its no longer produced and it would have felt like missing out.
There is one order with a small-ish bad guys boat still in transit, and maybe (just maybe) i will order the big bad guys boat as well. But after that i think i have enough of this series and its time to look towards other sets.
