All this talk about Doom guy figs has me thinking, how would you go about making a custom Caleb figure from Blood?

I'm looking for a generic gunslinger w/ duster figure that could be chopped, sculpted & painted. Bonus points for sourcing to-scale pitchfork and other Blood weapons
