I'm really pissed off right now, because I just got a message from HLJ about their failure to fulfill my order. I like to order gashapon stuff from them and they used to come through with the orders, but now it has been 3 times that they failed to fulfill my preorder and it's always the same copy-pasted response. But this time they pissed me off even more.

I preordered 4 items because at the time of the preorder the page said limit per customer was 20, after the item page changed the status to discontinued, the page said limit per customer as 1. They already failed to fulfill my preorder and when I went to ask them about it, they cut it down from 4 items to just 1 because that's what the item page currently says.

I still have my previous failed preorder on and I honestly don't expect them to fulfill this one either but goddamn it feels like they're blaming me for ordering 4 as somehow me hacking their system when it was allowed at the time of preorder.
