They're basically toybiz engineering with 2010's playmates sculpting standards.
There's a reason as soon as both the SHF's and NECA released cartoon styled turtles discussion of the line died.
And at what, 20, 25$ retail for repaints? It's pretty rough.
Like if you're desperate and outright dislike how the SHFs (which the aftermarket on is rough) or the NECA Turtles look then I guess they're alright?
Plastic quality is gonna be kinda jazzwares-y, the articulation passable but limited in the ankles and hips.
The biggest problem is the retail cost, they're not worth more then 15 a pop but that's not an option.
If you want them, just get them.
