Does anyone have any info on this Zenpunk collectibles Baron figure?
I pre ordered him two years ago and he still hasn't been released. Is that "normal" for large scale 1/6 collectibles? (I don't have much experience with pre ordering stuff).

Contact the shop you ordered it from. It might also be worth going to toy forums like Fwoosh and Toyark and see if anyone there has made a thread of it. I don't know anything about this figure or Zenpunk; this is the first time I've heard of either. I will say that it'a a pretty sweet looking figure though and I hope you get it.

It's my holy grail. Customer service has been very responsive, so I have good faith that the site I am using is legit. This particular figure is from the artist Wayne Barlowe's Hell line, and it apparently stands 18 inches tall. Hopefully a very big box will arrive on my doorstep before too long...

I remember this was a crazy expensive figure. I hope you didn’t pay have to pay the full price or pay directly to Zenpunk. They put a figure up for preorder in 2016 and then disappeared? Can’t even use Corona as an excuse.

I've seen a few shots of the production line floating around on images. The customer service of the site that I bought from has been very apologetic for the delay, and has contacted me about updates a few times. Honestly, I really want this thing, so I want to hold off refunding until an absolute last resort.

Figure production has for the most part been shot to fuck thanks to last year's shenanigans. Most things are facing big delays, even more known companies. It's mostly noticable with these more niche items from smaller companies, but have faith. It'll get there.

I can understand delays, specially with something this ambitious, but not ghosting customers who preordered a $500 or $800 figure for going on 5 years.

I don't have social media and I've never ordered something like this before... I've never heard of a product taking this long to release. Nearly 4 years now since I put down money to pre order.
I'm very close to demanding a refund, but I absolutely covet this thing.

Like I said earlier, the artist himself endorsed it. It would reflect badly on him if this all goes tits up.
I'm sure it's in his best interests that this protracted project is completed so his reputation isn't tarnished. This guy worked on avatar as a concept artist.

That’s probably a good sign for the people who ordered this figure that they are still active and using the name ZenPunk. They aren’t crooks, they just suck at communicating to their customers.
Then again, the Shocker Toys guy kept announcing figures and showing off new prototypes for years after he took people’s money.
