Coomodel knights are soft good toys (removable armor and clothes). There are stores that specialize in that kind of product. Clothed 1/12 General threads pop up often in this board and they would be a good place to ask the best stores to buy them.
Since you are looking for generic designs (i.e. you are not hurting to have a named character you love from an anime) I'd go with what is available/preorderable at the moment rather than hunting for expensive past releases.
