And this isnt the first time this has happened either. Everytime theirs a figure im really hyped for and i cant find it i spiral into depression. I just wish i had more in my life then buying action figures so i wouldnt want to literally hang myself when i cant find a new one.

I hate waiting for figures, i hate buying something and then having to wait months for it, and usually stores get it way before preorders ship. I only order preorder if its something thats internet exclusive or rarely when i anticipate it will be really hard to find.

I also hate buying online because then i have to wait like two weeks for the figure to get here and its agony waiting for the mail man to deliver them

I mean, from the sound of it your stores aren't getting them at all, so it probably would be faster to have one delivered even if it doesn't feel like it. I get what you mean though, I also tend to prefer looking for things in stores just because I tend to get really OCD about checking the tracking number every day until my order arrives when I order online.

It sounds like you may need some therapy for sure. I totally understand your issues though. I'd rather go into a store and buy the toys I want. At the same time, almost half of what I buy is foreign Japanese stuff, and the stores around me barely care about stocking the latest toys I do care for (or it sells out and isn't restocked). I don't have much of a choice. Patience is important though.
Do you have other hobbies? I picked up drawing as another hobby. Funnily enough I just draw toys most of the time, so there's that.

Theyre fun toys and decently articulated for what they are, i like the designs and characters and some of the figures even have action featured like robotos moving gears or the battle armor figures damage chest

Nice pickup anon! I drove myself insane looking for wave 1 at the end of last summer. I went to 4 Walmarts a day for several weeks. Fucking stupid looking back, but the joy I felt when I stumbled upon completely full pegs with entire wave is something that doesn't happen often.

Well that should buy you a minimum of another week of life. It could be worse I have to pay off a million dollars in debt before I can die. Not to mention take care of my family etc. All you have to worry about is finding a wide release toy. I was able to get scareglow from walmart online and two ps5s, now that was difficult.

I would actually strongly recommend you find another hobby to distract yourself from toy collecting.
Get out there and see if there are other interest that you might have other than these plastics that ultimately don't mean anything other than feeding the endless void.
