What exact kind of paint do toy manufacturers use? It's obvious they don't go through the effort of priming, painting and then top coating every toy they make, but the paint doesn't scrape or rub off easily. Do they mix in a top coat with the paint? Is there some kind of hardener? How do I buy this paint?
