>>8739655Hmm, how do I put this? I feel like it's not fair because I'm just indulging my own passion (which could well be like 200 hours if I really let a project run wild) and making something which someone might have wanted like 10 steps ago. I'm saying that this is generally a game of compromise. Unless you're so popular that literally anything you make will sell to your fanbase at any price, you need to find a balance between your vision and a reasonable amount of work, that will allow you to make sales at a fair hourly rate for yourself.
>>8739661Crafsman is just a chill and laid back dude, he's exactly the kind of guy who would sell his toys for cheap just because he wants people of all walks of life to be able to get their hands on them. I mean, it's kind of the ethos of his whole schtick, the way he promotes DIYing, teaches you how to make stuff yourself, and sells the printable files for his figures for like $5 on Etsy.
>>8739664Check him out on YouTube, CrafsMan SteadyCraftin. Super relaxing and well-made videos that teach you how to do all kinds of cool stuff, often related to toys. It's probably one of my favorite channels.
