Sometimes I buy 2 of the same toys (one for in package display and another for play)
I only do this for figures that I really like or find to be very special. Do other collectors do this?

I'm not that rich but I always have to ask what people who do this really buy them for? If you're truly a MIB collector that simply wants something nice for their shelf then more power to you. But if you're buying them hoping to scalp later then you are simply the scum of the earth and should feel ashamed.

I donit occasionally for figures I really like incase one gets damaged, but not very often. Latest example was I got the 7-11 Mp-10 optimus just incase something happens to my regular deco version. This is mostly due to the fact the knees exploded on my Mp-01(reason I got mp-10 in the first place)

Scumfuck scalpers do; people who love a certain figure might do it with that figure; anyone who does it for a figure that costs less than $80+ is a fucking idiot desu.
