It happened with gunpla for me, I built about 10 or so but stopped got whatever reason.

It's sort of happening with GI Joe Classified right now. The scarcity, silence from Hasbro, and exclusives have really killed my enthusiasm for the line but now I've got an entire case of Red Ninja coming in and I'm not sure whether I'm going to keep them or just flip them to other collectors.

I'm feeling that way with Mezco's. Circa 2016-2017 if you asked me, I would've told you they're probably one of my favorite lines and that they can do no wrong. But now, now I feel like they're overpriced for what they are, they rely too much on FOMO to entice people into buying their products, they are too inconsistent with solicitations, and they actually outright doctor promotional images. I'm pretty sure I'm through with them as a company once they release Christopher Reeve Superman and Conan. Too many of their donut steal OCs that I don't care about.

Ehh not really any line in particular but I've been working my way through various toy types and lines. First I was into the masterpiece transformers, then old moby dick resident evil toys, mafex star wars, vitruvian hacks etc. But none of them really stayed for too long in my collection. Aside from a few notable examples.
Now I'm getting into vintage star wars and Joe's, enjoying them so far.. Something feels "right" about the vintage stuff.

No, because i don't buy flavors of the month and actually think about what I'm buying.

I do own a few statueshits that are unopened from when i was younger though. I'll probably sell them for megabux someday, but right now they're just sitting in a closet somewhere.

I was like that with Mezco's 2018-2020 output but lately they've been doing some cool stuff. Gambit is among their best releases, KGBeast Was a surprise, the Popeye and Bluto set is great, and despite photographing poorly Two-Face is a solid release.

Major one for me was dragonball z figuarts. Have most of the big names up to the android 16-18 releases. Realized even though I loved DBZ as a kid, I was coasting purely on nostalgia. had to move back home and haven't had space for them so they're just boxed up under the steps.

I bought the Pulse Snake Eyes, got a floppy mess of a figure, realized I don't have room for a new line, especially one I don't have much attachment to, and decided to stop there. Glad I did, because those cobra island releases would've drove me crazy. Might still grab a baroness as a coomer figure though.

I got nostalgic and bought a shit ton of Lalaloopsies last year cause I had always wanted one as a kid. Tried playing with them and kinda got bored of it, so now they just sit in front of my window on the floor because they're just so goddamn big.

Probably around 30 boxes total across these series. Some of it is worth keeping. . .others hoo-boy do I wish I stayed my hand. I guess I just didn't expect to suddenly stop enjoying opening toys but it happened. I guess I overdid it.

I got 2 Stranger Thing/Goonies/Scooby Doo/Fright Zone Lego sets I scored on super clearance from last year I haven't opened. I love legos, but I haven't made anything in years, and just kind of lost a lot of drive to. Haven't even visited the thread in a while.

I did 2 entries for a Christmas building competition years ago, and won a couple little sets. It was fun.
