I've been staunch on keeping my boxes but I don't have room to do so anymore, problem is I use those boxes to store my toys away. How should I go about storing my figures away without their boxes?

put each of them in ziploc bags when you store them in a big storage box to avoid paint transfer poke holes in the bags so they can breathe as well and don't leak plasticiser, if they have accessories, individually wrap them up in plastic foil with the corresponding figures in their bags.

Get shelves. Use boxes. Sort with ziplock bags.

Maybe poke holes in bags if you believe in fumes.

here's a fast solution. get a box or something, line up each figure on their backs and stack each row with leftover plastic bags you've collected from all your shopping trips. stack from heaviest to lightest, of course
