>>8743887A-Lister imo. You have the S-Ranked Big Five:
>Godzilla>Rodan>Mothra>King Ghidorah>MechagodzillaThey've appeared in every era of Godzilla films. Showa, Heisei, Millennium, and Monsterverse. After that my rankings are extremely autistic and somewhat arbitrary so brace for that.
The A-Ranked kaiju are characters who have had multiple at least three fully fledged appearances, spread across multiple eras but not every era. Said appearances are not just ten or twenty second stock footage cameos. These are characters include:
>Anguirus>Gigan>Minilla>Baragon (A minus because of how shafted he got in DAM)>Manda (Also A minus and a bit of a stretch at that, but he did get his own debut film, and had generous screentime in both DAM and Final Wars so he qualifies)After that are the B-Listers, which are kaiju that either appeared in fewer than three films, or if they appeared in at least three, one of those appearances was blink-and-you'll-miss-it tier. Kaiju like:
>Ebirah (B plus because he actually had a ton of screentime in Final Wars but that was it outside of his debut film and stock footage in Godzilla's Revenge)>King Caesar>Moguera>Kumonga>GorosaurusMost everyone else I didn't mention is C-Tier with two exceptions. Megalon has only had 1(one) film to his name, but he's extremely popular among Godzilla fans and has been in damn near every Godzilla video game, so I consider him a very low A. I mean, he's certainly not more obscure than Manda. The other exception is Varan. Varan goes in the Varan-tier because there is no kaiju who is as JUST as Varan.
