Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Fwoosh forums, Reddit and /toy/ have all had multiple people complaining about unfulfilled orders, dishonoured pre-orders, items not shipping multiple months after release and emails and messages being either ignored or receiving hostile reactions.
Their universal response to these allegations is hostile responses and attacks.
At best they are unprofessional and making promises they can't keep, including promising toy lines that won't ever be released.
At worst they are scammers who are taking people's money without providing product.
