So I'm looking to get a full combing figure of Gridman from SSSS and it looks like there's only two decent choices? The apparently shoddy GSC DX set or the Super Minipla kit. Which would you guys recommend?

This "Tron Model" Chinese company just released their licensed Gridman kit and seem to be developing the rest of the assist vehicles too, so you might want to look out for them too. The catch is that their Gridman is already 10" tall so it's very unlikely that the combined version would be able to stand on its own.

To be very honest, Full Powered Gridman is one of those designs that don't function well as physical toys.

Neither. I just got the figma and was done with gridman. Everything other than the 12 inch tall one sucks. The minipla and dx both suck.

Looks way better than the anime design imo. Points for making it based on original Thunder Gridman. The base body Gridman itself is probably better figure too...? I'm scared of the price though, Diaclones ain't cheap.
