Voted Bionicle, it's a classic Lego IP rather than just a generic theme that Lego has adapted. It embodies creativity rather than sticking to pre-established aspects such as 'Castle themed', 'Space themed' or 'Pirate themed'

Bionicle financially helped Lego and is a main factor of the post 2000 Lego franchise. It occupied the childhoods of a majority of the present day fans of Lego who are not yet AFOL's (E.g. Lego's actually audience as opposed to neck beards)

In addition, this is for a single set tribute. Do you really only want one Castle set? One Space set? one Pirate set? Lego have already seen that these themes are popular enough to warrant a revival wave and each of them recieved a rebooted set recently anyway.

Give Bionicle the 90th anniversary set while everything else gets reboots.

Can't talk about EU, but here in Russia they were pretty popular in the first part of 00's. We had Bionicle-themed pogs, collectible cards, etc. Most millenials here know the word "Bionicle" even if they didn't play with them as a kid.

I voted for Bionicle, Adventurers and Exploriens of all things. Shame there were no UFO or Incectoids.

it just seems boring and pointless to have another generic castle or space set
if they had been themed variants of those lines i’d vote for them
actual classic space and castle is just too damn boring
what drives a man to desperately want more grey bricks and generic knights when they’re widely available, or shitty retro spaceships that are a cockpit, some flat panels and a landing gear.
spacemen in every color of the rainbow are already available and knights of every sort are easy to come by.
christ, they’ve both had releases recently and it’s always the exact same shit.
how hard is it to reach into your lego and grab some knights or spacemen and build whatever the fuck you want.
at least with bionicle winning we’d get something fucked up and unusual.

Castle fags are getting a big set and a huge set this summer, pirates got a huge bay, space got tons of stuff from Lego movies, bonk has gotten anything since the shit re-release, but still the parts are very cheap and nothing stops you from buying a ton and building what you want.

Even though you sound like a fag, I voted Bionicle. Classic Space, Pirates, and Castle have all had Ideas sets produced for them in the past, nevermind the constant throwback sets like Creator, Benny's shit from TLM, and all the CMFs made for those themes as well. Lego has refused to acknowledge Bionicle in any tangible way aside from set designers sneaking stickers into sets, so I'd say it's about time it gets something.
