I work in lego social media. Bionicle won with just less than 30k votes. Castle only had 16k. Space had 25k and pirates had 22.

3x (2x3 brick + 2x3 tile) + 3 stickers that look like Space, Pirate and Castle set boxes.
2x 2x2 round bricks + 2x2 round plate + a sticker that looks like Bionicle box artwork.

You have to apply the Bionicle sticker to both round bricks at once.

Not because Bionicle is bad but because I wanted space or the Xtron sets to come back, but people just wanted their action figures instead of proper bricks, what the fuck man, I had some bionicles but I like to build vehicles and buildings more than dolls.

G2 was shit compared to the originals anyway. They did away with all the unique pieces to give every set cheap feeling Hero Factory armor plates that look like shit. At least the first wave of Hero Factory still felt like Bionicle, but ever since the second wave of Hero Factory they've all been really fucking lame

They weren't, they were pretty damn good and the way they incorporated the old Bionicle gear functions was really neat.

It barely works with Transformers, anyways. Generations and Studio Series are both retail lines geared towards nostalgiafags and older fans. It also helps that Transformers is way fucking bigger than Bionicle ever would or could be.
