I found this red armor chest plate. What toy line is this from? I remember it was an action figure around 4 inches tall from the 90s. This particular piece went to a villain character that had like a Mohawk of some kind. The theme was like bikers and their vehicles would transform and they had snap on armor. I had a guy, a hero, that has blonde hair, then pic related with the Mohawk. The figures had articulated knees. I’m losing my mind not being able to find them.
