My idea for a new tf show
Since the US has had 12 animated productions if you count UT separately, which I do for obvious reasons, i figure the 13th should be about the Thirteen.
It'll be the typical cast of characters, but they'll end up making an assistant character which will be bumblebee (can't avoid that hasbro mandate). He'll serve as the go between.
They're the first 13 of a product line, on a factory built into an asteroid. The first season would be about each one learning what they can do, forming alliances, and the mid season break reveals they were built as a planetary defense against a mysterious invader.
The rest of the season is each one staking out their own territories, building smaller plants of their own (later to be revealed as titans) and each one starts making smaller bots with variations on their own design.
Season 1 ends with them repelling a planet mode unicron by working together, but bumblebee is damaged and rebuilt into goldbug.
Season 2 is inner conflict. Several bots have made entire tribes, taken to calling themselves primes, and megatronus is convinced unicron is coming back.
Season 2 ends with the big conflict that kills off some of them (each death leaves a Prime's spark enfused into an artifact, so they're not truly gone) and several titans leave with their Primes, and Goldbug agrees to be rebuilt again, to act as a support for the leaders that will arise. Trion stays behind, logging BBs memories every time he has to be reset.
Season 3 is the return, in present day, after it's learned that unicron was defeated. Some try to take over cybertronian society, others work with it, but the big mystery will be exposing the identities of various primes, and bumblebee learning he's been helping them all along, and the final Megatron/Optimus showdown.
Give a chance for a lot of unconventional characters to get the spotlight, as well as tons of gimmick options for the toys.
Gotta have an optimus, megatron, and bumblebee because marketing.
