I'm kinda in the same boat man. It's hard when your main coping mechanism is buying stuff. I went ham last week and blew like, 200 bucks on shit and now I'm just waiting. Trying to redirect your cope into something productive is the ideal. I mostly put my coping into my art, but last week was absolutely a slip backwards. It happens but actively trying is what helps. We'll both make it anon

Waiting for toys to arrive is the only joy in my life. Tbh I don't even care about them when they arrive and they just end up sitting in a backlog until I get a burst of energy to open them.
I feel empty when there are no tracking numbers to babysit.
