Fun fact, the second wave was actually available to order on Galoob's website in 1997 or 1998, for quite cheap. But by that time, the brand was less popular, and the final items did not meet their customers. Apparently, you could get these for a depp discount. Moreover, and that is a bit sad if true, rumor has it that many of these 2nd wave sets ended up being destroyed as these could not be sold.

The 2nd wave includes:
- Dark Apprentice (Probot, Tafanda Bay, Expanded B-Wing, Exar Kun, Dorsk 81, Still winning Lando.
- Dark Force Rising: Coral Vanda, Scimitar Bomber, X-Wing, Borsk Fey'lya, Palpatine, Garm Bel Iblis.
