I don't think minifigs would be relevant in a theme like this but It would be neat if there was some Saiyan Armor accessory, put similar to the knight armor through the neck pin, and in 5 colors (Black, White, Dark blue, Ginyu pattern, and Purple for Freezer's 1st form). I like the idea of giving it to my figs, or to characters that weren't in Namek (Imagine Lunch wearing that, wrecking Freezer's grunts)
An anime that wold surely work though, is Lupin III. There's a variety of cars, vehicles and locations (with hot-stealing action) that remind one of Adventurers. Castle of Cagiostro alone could make for a wave worth of sets. They can even get away with having multiple Lupins across different sets by giving him his many jackets (and thus make fans want to collect them all).
