I mean, I get it—Mezco are using minimal paint apps on skin tones to make the toys photograph better when studio lighting is employed. However, when Omni light or conventional indoor lighting are used, it looks awkward.
Peter B is fucking fantastic. He’s super highly posable, the cloth goods fit well, and the sculpt and paint are terrific. I know some people have complained about the neck being damaged, but mine looks good.
Madman is the LCBH head on a Damtoys Drawman body with...I think hands and shirt from another Damtoys figure, and pants from eBay (not gpslot). The shoes are indeed APTK shoes, which fit the ankle pegs from the Damtoys body.
I’ve got a lot of work to do on this guy, and I just need to find the time to sit down and make a full exclamation bolt suit and figure out the right boots fo him. I’m also debating swapping the body for one of those MixMax/Boyfoo slim bodies.
