Marvel really doesnt have any set pieces that work for movies you're asking about. Almost all of Marvel comics settings are New York City. This is part of their charm and why they're so much more popular, because we identify better with their world because it's just like ours.
Even the "home bases" for most superheroes were genric as fuck places, like the XMen and Avengers mansions. They had a bit of technology that was a little higher than ours and that was it. Sure, there was some OTHER WORLDLY elements added like the Danger Room or dimesional gateway rooms, but that's largely it. Fucking Spiderman's homebase was a bedroom in his aging aunt's house in queens. He later moved to, GET THIS, an ordinary apartment in a low income neighborhood.
The most iconic places for fucking villains? Sewer systems. The Empire State building. Nazi Genosha? Fucking ordinary looking country.
So Marvel LEGO sets should be ordinary fucking cafes, offices, warehouses, apartments and that's why Marvel is cool as fuck.
When Fantastic Four becomes popular, then you can bitch if they make "boring" sets.
