I disagree with that. It may not have been intended, but there have previously been issues with floppiness, and if some time with hot water or a hair dryer is all it takes, I'll take overly tight. So it isn't that the product sucks, just that it needs some tlc.

it differs on a case to case basis. it's absolutely cheaper to mold everything in one color when you can rather than dealing with separate molds and plastic mixes. It happens a lot with Hasbro and Mattel stuff, just kinda iffy on whether or not they paint it. Like Mattel makes a ton of wrestlers in tiny trunks, so it's easier/cheaper to just cast as many parts as possible in flesh tone and just slap paint on the parts that need it(like pic related's arm is painted black (this specific one might not be but they've done it on others where he only has the black arm)).
