I like the idea, I feel it would work better if the pc was themed off of a the character the figure is from, color scheme, components with programmable screens, component aesthetics and relevant decals would make it look more cohesive, if you just stick random figures in it, it looks tacked on and poorly thought out. The most relevant part of that display when it comes to DBZ is the dragon logo in the graphics card

It works for Sci Fi characters as it looks like the inside of a spaceship or cyberpunk interior. (Pic is not inside my PC it, but rather standing next to the glass panel.)

The act of building it myself is honestly enjoyable and not very hard to do either. I get the exact parts I prefer, and know the machine inside and out if I need anything to be replaced. With part shortages it's probably fair game to pick pre-built financially these days, but it was cheaper for me to build my own at the time beyond hobbyist reasons.

Most of the time store bought ones use substandard parts, are more expensive, and come with shit customer service. Building your own allows you to pick your parts, save money, and learn how to service your own machine. Plus it's actually fun to build a PC.

For the price of a mid range graphics card you can buy a prebuilt with the same graphics card.
