>>8824541If it's something I don't feel is important enough to acknowledge then I just won't. If it's something I've acknowledged already in the comments I usually ignore subsequent ones. I actually had a decent video where this happened. I acknowledged the first few comments and then promptly ignore the next 50 it so the mentioned it.
But, like I said, I'm a small timer who does this shit for funsies. I'm not trying to get monetized or build a following. Truth be told, the first videos I did were of a couple of figures I just happened to find before any videos were even up. I was surprised. I thought to myself, I have all the necessary equipment to doa toy review already, DSLR w/tripod, review station, lighting, editing software and the knowledge on how to use it, all I was missing was a decent mic, which I've since purchased, so I said fuck it, and tried my luck. Sure enough the videos went viral and we're posted on a couple of the bigger toy sites driving a ton of traffic to my videos. They were quite frankly terrible since I was pretty nervous but my confidence has gotten a lot better. I upload a video or two a month and I have accumulated a few hundred subscribers in the year or so I've been making videos. Outside of the actual video creation though I put the bare minimum effort into my channel. I don't really look too hard at analytics and I only tend to engage with my audience for the first few days of a videos life, something else occupying my attention. Makes me wonder if I put more effort into the actual channel, like a more consistent upload schedule, and other stuff how much of a following I could get.
