I'd also rather the articulation not be more limited simply because they're bigger, Darkseid has double elbows, for example, but then Steppen has single elbows (though possibly due to the sculpt) and both have single knees. Since the figures are not just taller but proportionally bigger, standard double limbs should continue as normal, unless the design doesn't allow it.
So let's see, random ideas off the top of my head
MHA could use a new All Might. Noumu are quite large too.
Spawn has quite a few large enemies/characters, Violator tends to be thin though, so not sure he'd warrant the double the base price. Creech, or maybe those new characters, Omega Spawn or that orange one who I assume isn't actually dead already.
DC could use a comic Darkseid, and I'm actually having a hard time thinking of who else could fit the listed height. Bane, Doomsday, etc, are big guys, but I don't think they should be that big. Maybe the Bat T-Rex, though it'd be too small to scale.
Warhammer could certainly use the new scale for lots of the bigger guys like Dreadnoughts.
Doom for various demons, Elder Scrolls or Fallout with the larger creatures/monsters (assuming all of these are still coming).
Strangely not as much coming to mind as I'd have thought. I guess the height sounds pretty specific in my head.
