Bandai reproduced them under the Legacy banner in 2018. They were straight-up copies of the originals with the same molds, but they slightly improved them by now letting them turn their unmorphed heads, and Green's shield attaches together better and is less fragile.
The packaging is mostly the same albeit slightly updated on the back regarding small print/logos and it says about it being a reproduction. They included the old temporary tattoos too.
They released Red, Blue, Black, Pink & Green, but no Yellow or White.
Last year Hasbro announced their own but they're now called "Retro Morphin" and they released them this year.
They've changed the design - totally new molds for the figures & weapons, a little more articulation, matt plastic, and they use a different mechanism which means you can flip the heads back and forth, instead of flipping it one way and having to reset it manually. That new mechanism makes them fatter & bulkier than the originals though. No turning heads like the 2018 Bandai release and no temporary tattoos included.
So far they've only released Red, Blue, Black & Pink. They're all Walmart exclusives.
