Depends on whether you're comparing the box illustration or the model sculpt. The model sculpt is a lot closer to what we see in that photo than the more modern hookers in the box illustration. I doubt many 60's Saigon prostitutes had access to boob jobs like that, and the tank top worn by the girl in the photo doesn't have such a modern plunging neckline.
