As for what to do with the excess money, vacation, date somebody, pick up a few useful skills/hobbies like learning how to hunt, fish, draw, fight, shoot, do blue collar work like plumbing/elec/carpentry, take up a martial art, basically reinvest it into yourself
As to how to break teh hoarder habit, you're gonna have to have an epiphany moment. As to how or when that happens, it will be when you can't move or think in your own space, clutter fucks with your mind and a messy place leads to messy thoughts.
