There are physical NFTs. Basically it would be a piece of art with a qr code, or to make this topic board related some toys with a special qr code. NFTs are baffling because they are actually simple and its surprising that people are spending so much buying them.

The only nft that would be really valueable is a 3d printing file for a toy. The unfortanate thing is, the moment one toy gets bought out of the nft holders hands, it can be reproduced.

NFT's likely will only help with keeping records of secure data, but even then they might not be worth the hassle.

People think that nft's are uncopyable, but that simply isn't true. Its just not dirrectly copyable.

The process for copying nfts is the same for physical toys. Look at how gunpla parts can be remolded, either for replacement or resin kits.

The only hope you'd have is never making a physical version, outside of your hands.

Plus there was one time they had some items for sale for a charity. Yet I saw that more as a way to give extra money to something I spent time on beyond my original investment.
The idea of spending massive money on virtual items is dumbfounding. Blockchain backed or not, I just don't get it. I don't feel there is real ownership of some cgi model or image. It could just as easily be duplicated. The only reason I buy some games on digital is to give money to the creators to support them making it. NFTs as virtual figures or trading cards someone can resell at huge prices is insane.
